Cop rapes four-year-old

A police officer allegedly raped a four-year-old girl and threatened her with death if she informed anyone about the crime.
According to a leaked police memo, the suspect, Nqobizitha Mlotshwa (31), a constable based at ZRP Tomlison depot in Harare committed the offence on September 10.
"On September 10, 2021 at around 1300 hours, the victim told the house maid only known as Evidence that she wanted to go to the toilet," reads the memo.
"The maid opened the main door for the victim and she went to the backyard and started playing with her friend only known as Tatenda.
"The accused called the victim to his room and she complied as she was not aware of the accused intentions."
Mlotshwa allegedly raped the child and the abuse was discovered by the maid, who saw blood on her private parts.
