LIFE has never been the same for Silindile Nkomo following a car crash in September last year.
Nkomo had his' lower body crushed in the accident.
He is, however, not worried about his legs, feet or toes that were injured following the incident but his MANHOOD.
Nkomo, speaking from his home in Emabutweni suburb in Bulawayo, said he was a stressed man because he has since the accident never "touched" his wife.
"I have not had sex with my wife since September last year and I can't let this go on. She is human and has feelings and I wouldn't be worried if she looks for another man to cater for her sexual desires," he said.
The man revealed that he has on a number of occasions told his wife to look for another man to have sex with but she refused.
"I don't know what she wants me to do. I have told her that she is free to look for another man but she tells me that she can't do that because she loves me.
"If she continues doing so, I will kill myself so that she moves on. She is still young and I am an obstacle in her life. To make matters worse we do not even have a child so she should go to another man and have children," said Nkomo.
Apparendy Nkomo and his wife Melody got married in April last year and were still trying for a baby when disaster struck.
The man said he feels like he is a burden to his wife and he has been left with no choice but to think of taking his own life.
"I can't let this torture continue, she has been there for me through it all and the only way I will set her free is to kill myself so that she does not continue taking care of a useless person like me," said Nkomo.
Asked if she is aware of her husband's suicidal sentiments, Melody had this to say: "I am well aware of his threats and I am keeping him under surveillance all the time. As long as I am here he is not going to kill himself?' she said.
The woman also said that she has since removed all objects and chemicals from the house that can be used by her husband to commit suicide.
