She 'once bit my left breast' says neighbour

A Bulawayo woman has approached the courts seeking a protection order against her neighbour after she bite one of her breasts.

Sibonile Moyo of 58127/ 1 Emabutweni claims that her life has been made a living hell by her neighbour Nomatter Maphosa.

She also accused Maphosa of ill-treating her children whenever they play with hers. In her papers filed at Western Commonage Magistrate's Courts, the woman said she was tired of the problems that Maphosa was giving her.

She revealed that Maphosa once bite her left breast and got her arrested by cops from Western Commonage Police Station.

"I have been given endless problems by by neighbour Nomatter Maphosa. She comes to my house and scolds me and calls me names for no apparent reason.

"She also ill-treats my kids when they go to play with hers. She once bit my left breast and I ended up going to the police," said Moyo.

The woman also prayed that the court stops Maphosa from wasting water. She said her neighbour was in the habit of deliberately wasting water.

The two share a tap.

'I pray that the court orders her to stop harassing me and also not to ill-treat my kids." The matter will be heard soon.
