A Bulawayo man Ndabaningi Moyo, who has four children frequently dangles his manhood in front of his whole family, a court has heard.
This came to light when his wife, Musa sought a court protection saying she felt abused.
However, the two last slept together 10 years ago.
"I am the applicant in the matter and I have been married to the respondent, Ndabaningi Moyo, for 26 years and the marriage still subsists. He has become violent and he beat me up several times. He accuses me of behind his misfortune," said Musa.
"He does not buy food instead he buys clothes and shoes. He is not financially supportive. He is abusing me emotionally and we have not been sleeping together for 10 years.
"I therefore apply for a protection order. On other thing, he goes undressed in the house in front of the children and this is affecting me and them".
The children, are aged 28, 26, 24 and 18 and include two girls.
