THE Bulawayo traffic cop, Victor Ndlovu, 34, who doused her sleeping husband with paraffin before attempting to torch his private parts has turned the tables on him.
Majority Ndlovu, 37, of Cowdray Park and stationed at ZRP Bulawayo Traffic West, is now seeking a protection order against her husband, Ndlovu, accusing him of being abusive.
In her affidavit, Majority said: "Victor Ndlovu has been abusing me both verbally and emotionally. He recently filed a report of physical abuse against me and that has really affected me and my children psychologically.
"My fear is that if he continues to come where I stay it will further worsen the situation as he has on many occasions threatened to kill me and harassed me verbally in front of our children."
Majority also wants the courts to bar Victor from visiting and communicating with their children.
The couple has three children aged 12, nine and four.
Majority has applied for an interim protection order against her husband.
Western Commonage magistrate Temba Chimiso set January 23, as the date for hearing the matter.
Victor has also dragged his wife to the criminal court for allegedly attempting to burn his private parts following a domestic feud.
The matter is still pending at the Western Commonage Magistrates' Courts.
