Man dies after cutting off his penis

A 31-year-old Bulawayo man who was admitted at Mpilo Hospital after cutting off his manhood has died.

Sources familiar with the situation on Monday told Bulawayo24 News that a man was admited at the hospital after cutting off his manhood.

Upon further inquiry Bulawayo24 News discovered that the man had died at the hospital.

Its still unknown why the man severed his manhood.

The family refuses to comment and as yet police do not know what lead to the man inflicting such injuries on himself.
