Sex starved granny moves court to tears

Court audience weeps as granny tells how hubby slept with tight shorts and trousers to avoid sex with her.
A 55-year-old granny wept in court as she described how her husband starved her of sex by going to bed with his shorts on.
Florence Chipikiri of 7488/6 Pumula North told the court that she separated from her husband Shadreck Chipikiri (66) said the couple has been on separation since 2009 due to Shadreck's stinginess in bed.
She was seeking an order to force her estranged husband to resume paying maintenance.
Tears streamed down her cheeks as she narrated how he would disappear from home for weeks and keep his shorts and trousers on and tightly hold on to the clothes in bed, till morning.
People in the gallery were moved to tears as well as she told Bulawayo magistrate Sibongile Msipa that her husband had defaulted paying maintenance for the past three months.
In his defence Chipikiri also tried to whip up emotions as he said his wife habitually beat him up, forcing him to flee from the matrimonial home.
"My wife is very violent. She often beats me up. It is the reason why I sought to divorce but the challenge is I cannot afford legal fees to go through it," said Chipikiri.
He said he had four children and was self employed realising between $150 and $200 per month.
On 18 December last year, the court ordered Chipikiri to pay $50 monthly maintenance to his wife with effect from 31 December.
Chipikiri only paid for December and January and did not pay for February, March and April, accruing $150 in arrears.
Magistrate Msipa ordered him to pay up the arrears or risk going to prison.
Chipikiri paid $50 and was ordered to pay the balance by 30 June.
