Trendy and popular Bulawayo pub, Horizon Restaurant could be shut down by Bulawayo City councilors as the city fathers are against granting it a night club trading license, ZimbabweFocus reported.
Seating at a full council meeting session this evening a group of councilors want the famous drinking hole banned and the shutdown extended to other outlets.
