THE faction-riddled Movement for Democratic Change led by Morgan Tsvangirai will on Sunday wind up its Bulawayo district elections that had been called off several times in Entumbane, Luveve and Makokoba.
MDC-T Bulawayo provincial organising secretary Albert Mhlanga said the party is ready to conduct its district elections in Bulawayo province.
Mhlanga said elections in these districts have been cancelled several times due to interference by certain members at national level trying to impose their people, but the party has now managed to solve the issue.
He said soon after the district elections, they will elect provincial members ahead of the national congress that will be held next month.
Mhlanga also said sonn after Sunday's elections, the party will sit down and conduct its provincial elections and fill all vacant posts in preparation for national positions at congress in October.
