Philip Chiyangwa headlines

The popular animated comedy show, The Bulawayo Show, returns to the silver screen on Friday, and will feature a prominent Zimbabwean business person, Phillip Chiyangwa.

The other popular figure who will feature on the show is Bulawayo songstress, Sandra Ndebele.

The video clips took the country by storm, gaining instant popularity with comedy lovers.

While packaged in a homourous and appealing way, The Bulawayo Show, tackles various issues affecting society such as drug and substance abuse and peer pressure.

The show made its debut on the big screen on August 8, at the Rainbow Cinema in Bulawayo.

It returns to the same venue this friday, with the second edition, owing to a successful launch which was oversubscribed.



Besides the popular characters in Ntuthu, Sox and Ratu, new characters will be introduced as the The Bulawayo Show family continues to grow.

Quizzed on what role Chiyangwa and Sandra Ndebele will play on the show, Ndebele remained tight lipped but urged those who are curious to buy tickets for the show.

"Chiyangwa is popular figure in the country and of late he has taken social media by storm. Sandra Ndebele has created a name for her self with her music and stage dances. What I can promise you is that, you will be thoroughly entertained," he said.

Tickets of the show are already on sale and judging by the response from the first show, comedy lovers must by their tickets early to avoid disappointment at the door.
