Eric Bloch's wife suffers massive heart attack, dies

Zimbabwean economist Eric Bloch's lost his wife of 50 years Baileh (75) on Thursday due to heart attach. They had been married for 50 years and had been engaged for five years before they got married.
Bloch confirmed Friday that his wife suffered a "massive" heart attack on Thursday while having lunch discussing about her flying overseas on Friday to visit our children and grandchildren. Within two minutes after the heart attack, she died. Block tried to give her mouth to mouth resuscitation but she wasn't responding. Block drove her to Materdei Hospital where they certified her dead.
The couple had three sons, one daughter and 10 grandchildren. Baileh was born in Lusaka, Zambia, moved to Livingstone when she was two years old, came to Zimbabwe aged 12 and spent 63 years of her life in this country.
She will be buried on Tuesday at the Jewish cemetery in Northend.
Bloch said he was in pain but hoped God had his reasons.
