Bogus agent solicits sex in exchange for jobs

IF you are a woman in Bulawayo and desperately looking for a job as a maid avoid falling victim to this employment "agent" Vivian Ncube (45) who resides at Milton High School.

What he allegedly wants from women is sex and not to help them secure jobs as he promised.

The following account makes no secret of what he allegedly wants from women when he promises them jobs.

On 17 September, a 25-year-old woman from Pumula North whose name is being withheld for legal reasons was at Ascot Shopping Centre talking to two women asking them to find a job for her.

Ncube who was close to them was reportedly listening to their conversation.

It is reported that after sometime Ncube met the jobless woman and lied to her that he was an agent who was contracted by people from Khumalo suburb to look for domestic workers on their behalf.

He reportedly told the desperate woman that the deputy headmistress of Milton High School was looking for a domestic worker at her place of residence in Newton West.

The woman reportedly expressed interest in the job.

In a bid to bait the unsuspicious woman, Ncube allegedly told her that she should come to his place of residence the following day.

After the woman had reported to his place of residence, Ncube lied to her that her potential employer was coming to pick her up at his residence before he asked her to go back home to collect her clothes.

When she reported back, Ncube told her that the deputy headmistress was coming the following day to pick her up.

After two days the woman who seemed to have realised that she was being tricked demanded her bag back which Ncube had taken under the guise that he was safe-keeping it.

Ncube purportedly asked for a dollar from the woman claiming it was payment for looking after her clothes for the three days she had been waiting for the deputy headmistress.

The woman told her that she had nothing in her pockets.

In the process Ncube is alleged to have solicited for sex from the victim saying it was the only way he was going to assist her to get the job.

He is alleged to have dragged the woman into his bedroom and locked the door before he started fondling her breasts.

He went on to forcibly open the zip of her pair of jean trousers and allegedly started fondling her organ.

Ncube stopped his antics after he saw someone peeping through the window of his bedroom.

After the forced romance, the woman went and reported the matter to the police leading to the arrest of Ncube. For the offence he was brought before Bulawayo magistrate Nyasha Kature charged with indecent assault.

He was not asked to plead and was remanded out of custody to 7 October on free bail.
