Bosso players bed 'prostitute'

BOSSO bad boy star Mthulisi Maphosa yesterday shockingly revealed that 'three quarters' of his team mates had slept with a lady he is allegedly to have brutally assaulted on Saturday last week.

According to reports 31 year-old Maphosa who is not a first offender ran amok and bashed his girlfriend Nobuhle Nkomo's friend, Amanda Mbuisa, and her boyfriend, Bongani Rabvu, in Mpopoma suburb.

He accused the alleged bed-hopping Mbuisa of being a bad influence on Nkomo.

Giving testimony before a Bulawayo Court yesterday, Maphosa said he once bedded Mbuisa, 22, whom he claimed had also slept with nearly all the Bosso players.

Maphosa said he assaulted Mbuisa because she was influencing his girlfriend into prostitution.

"She's a bad influence on my girlfriend because she has slept with about three quarters of my teammates, including myself. I know what she's capable of," he said.

Testifying, Mbuisa said Maphosa always assaults his girlfriend and had turned her into a "punching bag" but she would not report the matter due to fear.

Maphosa was remanded out of custody to today for sentencing.
