A Makokoba woman who was allegedly caught by her husband having sex with another man in their matrimonial bed has reportedly refused to be evicted from their home.

According to B-Metro, Ellen Ngwenya claims that her husband, Rally Maseko, should first find her alternative accommodation.

She is also insisting on a three-month notice before moving out.

Ngwenya, appearing just before the end of 2014, claims that her husband was verbally and physically abusive towards her and told the court that she is living in fear.

Maseko refused to accept his wife's plea saying he cannot forgive his wife after he caught her having sex with another man.

He said: "If a woman is caught by her husband having sex with another man in the matrimonial bedroom like what I did to Ellen and wants to be given a notice to vacate the house, I find it ridiculous.

"It's difficult for me to forgive her after I caught her red-handed having sex with another man on our matrimonial bed. She should quickly move out of the house."

Magistrate Marylene Mtshina, however, ordered Maseko not to verbally, physically and emotionally abuse his wife and to give her up to 31 December to vacate the premises.
