Accused MDC-T youths seeks freedom

An MDC-T youth member, facing charges of insulting Dorcas Sibanda, MP for Bulawayo Central, via the WhatsApp platform, accusing her of being a schemer, yesterday filed an application for exception before the court.
Donald Mabutho was represented by his lawyer, Kholwani Ngwenya of Mabhikwa and Partners, when he appeared before magistrate Gladmore Mushove at the Tredgold courts.
Ngwenya submitted that the charge preferred against his client does not disclose an offense recognizable by the court.
