Liberation war hero and former Zapu intelligence supremo, Dumiso Dabengwa has demanded a clear explanation and reminder from Vice-President Emmerson Mnangagwa, over the latter's sensational claims that he was almost killed by a Zapu kangaroo court during the war.

Dabengwa then known by his war time nom de guerre "The Black Russian" according to Mnangagwa acted judge over the kangaroo court that deliberated on the alleged insults on revered nationalist and ex-president, the late Joshua Nkomo.

Dabengwa's court according to Mnangagwa ruled that he should be killed for the insult.

Dabengwa yesterday just came short of labelling Mnangagwa a liar saying that he does not remember such an incident and he is certain nothing of that sort ever happened and he is still trying to call Mnangagwa so he can explain what he meant.
