SOUTH African pop diva Nani Ntengo on Thursday evening came face to face for the 'first time' with her alleged Bulawayo lover at a bar.
The Pumula man only identified as Moyo claimed four years ago through a newspaper article that he is in love with Ntengo.
Moyo was said to be staying with Platform One lead vocalist in a one roomed house.
However, on Thursday at The Terrace the two 'lover birds' meet.
Moyo, who was in the company of three 'bodyguards' looked timid when Nani and her female band member confronted him.
"Nguwe otshela abantu amanyala ukuthi ushade nami ( Are you the one peddling lies that am married to you?) Am not your lover. My husband is Xaba not you" thundered Nani as Moyo looked down in apparent shame.
Moyo never said a word or look directly at a visible angry Nani.
Nani told Bulawayo24 that she suspected she could have taken a photograph with Moyo during one of her shows either in Bulawayo or South Africa which he used to 'fool' people with.
Ntengo, who rose to fame in the 1990s with Freddy Gwala's Platform One, yesterday poured scorn on the reports, saying she had a South African husband.
