Woman denied sex for 8yrs, divorce hubby of 29 yrs

A Pumula South woman on Monday divorced his hubby of 29 years after she caught him red handed making love to a neighbour.
That was after the husband, Christopher Sibanda constantly denied her wife Joyce sex for eight years, the court heard.
Joyce told magistrate Victor Mpofu that they have three children but her husband was cheating on her with two other women identified as naBarbra and naNkundla.
"Your worship, I'm fed up," she said.
"We haven't had sex as husband and wife for eight years. I last saw him three years ago on the 15th of April 202, after I caught him red handed at naBabra's place. He has never done anything for the up keep of the children," she added.
Joyce said on the days she caught her husband, it was through a tip off from their child.
"I went there in the middle of the night and slept at the gate. Early morning, I entered ten yard and knocked at the door. I called him saying lets go home but there was no response so I got inside the bedroom. I was shocked when I found him and naBabra naked but she ran away."
Magistrate Mpofu dissolved the marriage with Sibanda's blessing.
