Woman too tired for sex, beaten

A Bulawayo woman Priscilla Chizhande was thoroughly beaten by her lover Admire Kashiki aged 35 for refusing to have sex saying she was too tired.
Chizhande told her hubby that she was not up to it as she had spent the greater part of the day at a funeral.
That's was last Saturday at around 9PM,
A fed up Kashiki, slapped Chizhande several times and sunk his nails in her neck, a Bulawayo court heard on Monday.
In court, Kashiki said he was angered by her refusal to have sex with me when she's my girlfriend saying the refusal come un-expectedly.
However, magistrate Sibongile Msipa-Marondedze sentenced Kashiki to three months in prison, which were wholly suspended on condition he is not convicted of a violence-related offence in the next five years.
"l took into consideration what you stated in mitigation that you've one child and you're unemployed and survive through piece jobs - meaning you're self-employed. You need to take care of yourself and your child. A custodial sentence isn't suitable for a first-time offender," said Msipa-Marondedze.
