Man fumes at Bulawayo Mayor for disgusting act

Bulawayo City Council Mayor, Alderman Thaba Moyo arrived an hour late for the City's 2012 Budget Consultation meeting and delivered a two and a half minutes speech.
This did not go down well will one Bulawayo resident who attended the same meeting. The man hit out at the City Mayor for an act he regarded as disgusting.
Miss Spekiwe Guta, the Acting Town Clerk and Budget Consultation Chairperson's, apologised before the meeting about any inconveniences caused as a result of the Mayor's inability to turn up on time.
Her apologies fell into deaf ears and couldn't calm down the lash out from irate residents.
The Mayor later arrived an hour later and presented "a two and a half minute speech" and left without apologizing before hand that the man felt the Mayor's behaviour was totally inappropriate and thus disgusting:
When the man stood up and said "I find it disgusting and un acceptable", he got a round of applause from those in attendence.
