Bashing child (12) lands woman (54) in the dock

A woman from Famona in Bulawayo landed herself in trouble after she assaulted a 12 year old boy for damaging a car's door and failing to cover his school books.
Stylish Magida (54) was not asked to plead to assault charge when she appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Charity Maphosa.
She was further remanded for trial.
The court heard that in March 2015 Magida assaulted Emmanuel Moyo using open hands on the face after he damaged a door of her car while trying to open it.
She also assaulted him after he failed to cover his school books.
She allegedly assaulted him with a belt all over the body and on the head with the high heeled shoe after he entered into her bedroom.
The boy sustained bleeding cut on the head.
A tip off was made on June 18 2015 to the police leading to her arrest.
