Senior Milton Boys High pupils, Forms four and six, reportedly attacked helpless form one pupils with stones during an illegal 'war cry'.
According to Chronicle the 'war cry' was banned at the school some years ago.
Ten form one pupils have been hospitalised at the United Bulawayo Hospital (UBH).
X-ray scans showed that some of the pupils suffered multiple fractures and dislocations.
School authorities have reportedly refused to comment on the incident.
