IT has been said one cannot cheat death nor escape it but one woman has managed to do just that. She has been playing a cat and mouse kind of game with death for a while now and is still alive after five accidents.

A woman from Pumula East suburb, who preferred to be identified as naSdudla and sells vegetables at a shopping centre has survived death 'too many times' by a whisker. The accidents have occurred in a short space of time and have caused Pumula residents to suspect foul play.

A concerned source expressed fear for naSdudla's life as she felt the accidents were no longer a coincidence but sorcery.

"NaSdudla has been involved in five accidents and we have realised in all of them she was the target as they kept occurring one after the other to an extent of her almost being killed by a car right by her stall. Five car accidents in a lifetime are too much and worse of if they occur one after the other. There is definitely something wrong death is out to get her and I am afraid it might finally catch up with her," said the source.

When a B-Metro reporter approached naSdudla at her stall at the shopping centre she was willing to share her traumatising experience.

"I have been involved in accidents five times. The first one I was in a kombi and sustained back injuries, the second in a kombi again and got serious cuts right on my forehead and had to get stitches. The other three, private cars drove straight into my stall. At that point I realised my life specifically was targeted for reasons I do not know", she said.

The cars that had driven into her stall were all a mystery as there were other stalls by her sides yet all of them drove straight into hers. One was said to have been a learner doing lessons and lost control.

The other was a drunken driver who also lost control and the last were two cars towing each other and lost control racing towards her stall.

"Someone or the devil wants me dead but as long as it is not yet my time I will continue to survive, it is only when God has decided to let me die but for now I do not live in fear and tell myself whatever happens will have happened ", she added.

"People are said to now fear entering into any vehicle with her, when she boards kombis other passenger's drop fearing for their lives. This has even resulted in her sending her daughter to buy vegetables for resale from the market in town for her. She said she had figured if she did not enter a car the accidents would stop but instead accidents still pursued her at the stall.

"No one has been able to tell exactly what is going on in this woman's life and what is causing it. People have agreed though that definitely something is wrong and she is a target of death," said a source.

Even kombi drivers have started to boycott the woman, hence she sends her daughter for errands in town.
