Man assault sister for telling his wife that he is a cheater

A man from McDonald Bricks in Bulawayo allegedly assaulted his sister accusing her of lying to his wife that he was having an extra-marital affair with another woman.

Cement Ncube (21) was not asked to plead to the assault charge when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Charity Maphosa. He was remanded to August 27.

The court heard that on August 12 this year Ncube went to his sister's place where he accused her of lying to his wife that she was having a mistress. An argument ensued and Ncube assaulted her with fists all over the body and he suffered a swollen left ear as a result. The sister reported the matter to the police leading to Ncube's arrest.
