ZOU Byo branch opens

The Zimbabwe Open University Bulawayo branch officially opens today.
The building is located along 12th Avenue.
Higher Education Minister Jonathan Moyo is expected to grace the occasion.
"The public is hereby informed of a temporary and partial road closure of 12th Avenue between J.N. M Nkomo Street and Fort Street on the 20th of August 2015 from 0700hrs to 1400hrs to facilitate the official opening of the university" reads notice from Bulawayo City Council.
The branch has an administration block, library and a bookshop.
ZOU recently opened a branch in Plumtree Town, the first tertiary institution to come to the border town.
The branch would cater for students from Plumtree town as well as Bulilima and Mangwe Districts.
