Tsvangirai up for possession of cannabis

A MAN from Pumula North in Bulawayo has been dragged to court after he was found in possession of cannabis (mbanje) worthy $55.
Hardwork Tsvangirai (23) was not asked to plead to illegal possession of mbanje when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Charity Maphosa.
The magistrate further remanded him for continuation of the case.
The court heard that on August 16 2015 police from Bulawayo Central Police Station were on patrol in the city when they caught Tsvangirai in the company of Trust Zhou involved in a fight with another person who ran away.
The police took Tsvangirai to the police station where they searched him and found that he had 55grams of mbanje worth $55. This led him to be charged.
