Small house's mother struck with poo

A MUTARE woman left the court gallery in roars of laughter after she said she was struck with human waste on her blouse by her daughter's rival.

Manicas Post reported that Regina Muponda appeared before Mutare magistrate,  Yeukai Chigodora praying for a peace order against Pamela Munyamane. Munyamane denied the allegations of throwing faeces on her.Munyamane said: "I came to know her after she served me with court papers. I only knew her daughter who is having an affair with my husband. I never insulted her as she is claiming."

However, Muponda told the court that Munyamane was disturbing her peace since she was continuously insulting her.

Muponda said: "She previously came to our house in Mazhambe in Sakubva and insulted my father. I have the soiled blouse with me as evidence. My father she also insulted is here to testify before you Your Worship.

"I was forced to approach this court after she threw faeces at me. My blouse was soiled in the process. What did I do wrong to be treated in that way?" Muponda told the court.

Munyamane said: "I went to her daughter's place in Chikanga where my husband is renting a house for her daughter. I took a television set from there because my husband is taking property from our matrimonial home and giving it to his girlfriend. I should be the one applying for a peace order because she calls my husband at midnight demanding some groceries.

"Previously they send some people to collect money from my husband for them to attend Alick Macheso's show."
However, Mrs Chigodora granted the peace order in favour of Muponda.
