Bar in trouble for operating without licence

The VS Esipotini Sports Bare in Gwabalanda is in trouble for operating and selling liquor without licence.
The bar represented by Pius Masimo was dragged to court before Tinashe Tashaya .
The magistrate convicted and fined the bar $100 or 30 days in jail for the official.
The bar allegedly failed to pay licence fees of $380 which led to its arrest.
The court heard that on October 21 2015 at 12:10pm police officers from Bulawayo Licence Inspectorate were on routine checks of liquor outlets when they discovered that the bar was not licenced.
They arrested Masimo and when they asked him to produce the licence he failed.
