Man threaten to kill neighbour and remove his intestines

A man from Matopos Road in Bulawayo allegedly went to a neighhbour's workplace and threatened to kill him and remove his intestines .
He later went and vandalised his work place.
Kelvin Mpofu (35) was not asked to plead to the charge of malicious damage to the property when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tinashe Tashaya.
The magistrate remanded him to October 28 for trial.
The court heard that on October 23 at 8am accused went to Lunga Mthabisi (31)'s place and threatened to kill him before threatening to remove his intestines.
On October 24 at 3.05am he went again and then vandalised his tables where he was selling newspapers.
A report made to the police led to the arrest of Mpofu.
