'The prestigious Police event is to be launched on the 5th of November 2015. Our intended route is to begin at Ross Camp and proceed through the City Centre along L. Takawira and culminating I the car park of the Large City Hall.

"In this regard we humbly wish to appeal to the Civic Fathers and the Town Clerks' office for permission to utilise the car park for free starting from 0800hrs to 1400hrs on the date mentioned above' wrote the police provincial community relations office on October 16 in a letter contained in the latest BCC monthly report.
