Fengu apologises to the public over corruption case

A Zanu PF youth member Fidelis Fengu who was recently convicted of fraud has apologised to the public about his conduct indicating that he will not take part in any politics as his character was not yet fit to do so.

Ina letter titled, "Dear friends and detractors Fengu said he made a mistake and was apologising to those who felt let down , by the events that have happened in the past.

"I am in the process of correcting my mistakes, and am grateful to everyone who has stood by me. I will not be actively participating in politics as my character is not yet fit for public office," he said. "Thank you very much for the support , the criticism and the prayers and curses everything has made me stronger and to an extent wiser"

He said above all, he is grateful to God , his Redeemer, fortress and gentle shepherd .

"I will not be online for a while and will be joining you all soon. May God keep each one of you well, blessed and in peace. May God also keep Zimbabwe in peace and bring unity, peace and development to our land in Jesus' name," he said
