Many Harare residents receive water after midnight everyday

Harare Residents Trust has reported that most of the Harare residents are getting water at midnight everyday a development that exposes the local authority's failure in its service delivery.

"Most residential areas are receiving water after midnight every day," said the trust. "There is no supply of water during the day. Harare water is now making residents night shift workers. Residents are complaining that they spend 2 to 3 hours filling up containers of water for daily household use."
