Zanu-PF Bulawayo is in panic mode ahead of Saturday Nkulumane by-elections with National women's league deputy secretary Eunice Sandi- Moyo claiming she has reports that rouge elements are plotting a bhora-musango vote during the election.

Killian Sibanda is standing for the party against Progressive Democrats of Zimbabwe candidate Ngwalo Nyathi, and Renewal Democrats Zimbabwe's Sibusisiwe Mpofu.

Sandi- Moyo told thousands of party members in Nkulumane that through internal intelligence, some comrades are mobilising to vote for rival candidates.

She warned that if Sibanda lose the polls stern action will be taken.

"I am telling you today that as leaders we are watching these elections.

"Results of each ward will be monitored and analysed to see those districts that are working against the party. Don't think we are sleeping."

Bulawayo24.com understands that the Nkulumane constituency is torn between Sibanda and acting provincial chairman's camp, David Ndlovu.

Apparently, Ndlovu lost to Sibanda by a slim margin in primary polls.
