Chikurubi wives of prison officers engage in chicken project

Chikurubi prison wives of prison officers are said to be engaged in a flourishing chicken project and are appealing for funding to buy building the  material and chicken feeds.

This was announced by a Zanu PF Harare  MP Terence Mukupe.

"I was inspired by the ladies from Chikurubi who have started chicken and quails rearing projects. These women are prison officers as well as wives of prison officers. We are hoping to construct chicken houses as well as venture into breading of day old chicks. Right now the women are appealing for building materials as well as chicken feed," he said.
