Adulterer wants more after $1 700 damages

A Zvishavane adulterer has complained that he gets angry each time he sees the married woman he was in love with because he paid $1 700 damages to the husband when he in fact slept with the wife just once.
"Your worship I am angry because I paid $1 700 to the husband of this woman when I only slept with his wife once. I saw the woman passing by in town one day and I just looked at her until she disappeared into the bush," said Benjamin Chinyoka (40) who is now being accused of trying to kill his former lover.
Masvingo MIrror reported that Chinyoka (40) of Makwasha in Zvishavane was brought to court after he allegedly threatened his former lover with death after they met in town recently.
Tapiwa Ncube who is married to a man only identified as Zhou allegedly had to run away after being threatened by Chinyoka.
'Iwe Mai Zhou ndinoda kukuuraya nekuti murume wako akadya mari yangu nezhira isiriyo. Muno muShabhani haumbofe wakamugara. (Mrs Zhou, I am going to kill you because you husband deprived me of my money in a very devious manner. You will never get peace in this town," he is alleged to have said.
It is the State case that the two were in love until the affair was discovered by the husband.
Chinyoka who is allegedly in a habit of having many lovers at a time was sold out by his other jealous lover who disclosed the affair to Ncube's husband.
After learning of the affair Ncube's husband checked his wife's phone, found evidence that the wife was cheating and sued Chinyoka for $1 795 which he was awarded on October 15, 2015.
Ncube told the civil court how they were involved in love, where they had sex and even the positions they used.
Chinyoka was found guilty due to the overwhelming evidence given in court.
Ncube and Chinyoka then met for the first time after the civil matter and Chinyoka allegedly charged towards Ncube while making the threats.
Ncube was at a bus stop along Highlands Road when Chinyoka disembarked from a car and started threatening to kill her.
Ncube run away and reported the matter to Police.local news
