Seke residents accuse council of cheating them

Seke Unit 1 in Chitungwiza residents have complained that the council was cheating them by charging them sewage bills yet they have septic tanks.
This was revealed by the Harare Residents Trust.

"Seke unit l in Chitungwiza residents are complaining that they have septic tanks but they are still being charged sewage fees on their bills.This is day light robbery Chitungwiza Municipality is taking advantage that residents are not well informed," said the trust.
