A Bulawayo man Bruce Ncube (26) of Lobengula West allegedly attacked a colleague Bekithemba Mhangla (33) with clinched fists and nearly broke his left jaw in a dispute over unclear issue.
Ncube was not asked to plead to assault charge when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tinashe Tashaya. The matter was further remanded and he is out of custody.
The court heard that on January 13 2016 at 11am, Mhlanga and Ncube were at Egodini Terminus when they suddenly had a quarrel.
Ncube assaulted him with open hands and clinched fists three times on the left jaw and once on the face. He ran away at the same time bleeding through the gums and sustained a head ache and was taken to Mpilo Hospital for treatment.
A report made to the police led to Ncube's arrest.
