Zanu PF needs serious reforms - party youth

A member of Zanu PF youth assembly Fidelis Fengu has said the ruling Zanu PF party needs serious reforms so as to get to its core values of unity as it is currently in disarray due to factional fights.

Febngu's remarks come in the wake of simmering divisions among party members with the other faction called Lacoste rallying behind Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa and the other called G40 rallying behind First lady Grace Mugabe which seems to be supported by President Robert Mugabe.

"Zanu PF needs serious reform , the party needs to get back to its core values of Unity , Peace and Development," Fengu said. "We need a politburo of unifiers who are on the same page with President R. G. Mugabe , leaders who value unity, peace and development."

He said one day the party will wake up in the opposition aisle of parliament if unity , peace and development are not restored.
