A MAN from Sakubva's OTS Section has dragged his tenant to the civil courts on suspicions that he is having an affair with his wife.
Manica Post reported that Stanley Chinowadzimba told the court that he has been seeing his former tenant, Misheck Pambisai, with his wife at 3am while fetching water.
"Your Worship, I have been seeing him with my wife everyday at around 3am while fetching water."He will be wearing small boxer shorts, standing too
close to my wife. I have tried to tell him to stop doing that, but he does not listen. He shouts back at me, but I am a man of dignity, Your Worship,"
said Chinowadzimba.
However, Pambisai told the court that Chinowadzimba was lying.
"Your Worship, he is the one who harasses me. He used to come to my workshop with his friends accusing me of having an affair with his wife,"
he said.
Yeukai Chigodora who presided over the case granted a binding peace order.
