New Harare Town Clerk vows to stay put

Harare City new town Clerk James Mushore whose appointment resulted to the suspension of the mayor Bernard Manyenyeni has vowed to stay put and do his job despite the controversy associated with his employment.

Harare Residents Trust stated that Mushore said he is doing his work.

"The matter is in the Courts, and only the courts will decide the matter. If the courts say I am wrong, then I will gladly leave. As of now, I am going about my business, trying to find the best ways to revive Harare. There is a lot of work to do," the trust quoted him as saying.
