Former top cop eye ZEC post

Zimbabwe's electoral body - Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) on Monday grilled 24 prospective commissioners for the group.

Only six places are up for grabs.

The candidates where from diverse professions ranging from academics, farmers to former police officers.

One candidate Joseph Boysen Matema is a former Assistant Police Commissioner including former Officer Commanding Law and Order.
