Man forges payslip

A man in Harare produced a fake pay slip in court in a bid to evade paying $400 per month for the upkeep of his wife and their child.
Netsai Moyo was claiming $400 per month from Kudzanani Chiganze for herself and their child's upkeep.
Netsai accused Kudzanai of neglecting their child since their separation a year ago.
She said the child needs $1000 for food and groceries, $120 for transport and pre-school fees and $40 for clothes and medical expenses.
Kudzanai produced the fake payslip which was disputed by Netsai. The pay slip showed that he was earning far to less than what he was earning. Netsai said she earns $1000 instead of the figure shown on the pay slip.
This then led Kudzanai to produce a pay slip which showed he was earning $1006.
Magistrate Yeukai Dzuda further remanded the matter.
