Nyuni Mountain Lodge buys bus for group tours

Nyuni Mountain Lodge, one of the biggest lake-side lodges in Masvingo located 40km from the city centre has procured a new bus to facilitate transport of group visitors.
The Yutong bus has a capacity of 32 passengers.
Masvingo Mirror reported that Nyuni Mountain lodge General Manager Phanos Matura confirmed this development during a phone interview with The Mirror.
The bus is going to transport guests from town to the lodge and back on a daily basis.
"We decided to buy this new bus as a way of offering new services to our guests. Nyuni Travel and Tours bus was bought as a way of bringing travelling conveniences to our clients.
"There was no public transport services for our guests, so this bus was bought to curb those transport problem that our guests were facing," said Matura.
Matura also said the bus can be used for tour services by guests.
"Nyuni Travel and Tours services can also be used for tour services by our guests to all places of interest like Great Zimbabwe Monuments, Kyle dam, Gonarezhou National Park, Victoria Falls and many others. In other words it can be used for tour services in and outside Masvingo province," said Matura.
The bus can also be hired by various groups like churches, schools and many others.
Nyuni Mountain Lodge is a magnificent lodge nestled in a forest of indigenous trees blended with exotic undergrowth and an endless bed of flowers on the eastern shores of Lake Mutirikwi (formerly Kyle), Zimbabwe's Largest inland waterway, beneath the region's highest Nyuni Mountains in Masvingo.
