Man lures girl (13) to the bar with evil intentions

A MAN from Pumula East has been arraigned before the court after he attempted to lure a 13 year old girl in to a bar where he was promising to buy her chips in what was suspected to be with evil intentions.
Simbarashe Hillary Ngwaru (22) was lucky to have his case withdrawn before plea when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Charity Maphosa.
He was not asked to plead to the charge.
The court was told that on June 5 this year the girl who is a student at Montrose Girls High School at 10 45am met Ngwaru along 6th avenue and he offered to buy her chips and also requested to go with her to a bar.
The girl refused and he further placed his hands on her shoulders and dragged her towards the bar. He let freed her after some security appro0ached him and he ran away. He was later arrested.
