Woman harasses hubby at workplace, tears his trousers

A Bulawayo woman who resorted to assaulting her husband and later had a protection order issued against her was on Wednesday back in court after she pounced at the man's work place, tore his trousers and poked his eyes demanding money in front of his work mates.
Sikhululekile Moyo (28) of Nkulumane was not asked to plead to contempt of court when she appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Charity Maphosa after she attacked her husband Benard Rwauya (31).
The court heard that sometime in May this year Rwauya applied for a protection order against Moyo and the application was granted on May 27 at Tredgold Courts in Bulawayo. The condition of then order was that Moyo should not enter the work place of Rwauya in the city centre without his consent.
On June 6 at 8am Moyo allegedly went to Rwauya's work place without his consent. She was told that Rwauya was not there. She then called him on his mobile phone. She met him outside ZESA main offices in the city.
She forcefully got into his car and drove with him to his work place where she shouted at him before getting into his office and suddenly shoved her hands in his pockets searching for money in the process tearing the trousers. She also poked his eyes with fingers.
Rwauya reported the harassment to the police leading to her arrest.
