Fuel dealer accused of operating without licence

Premero Service Station located in Norton has been accused of trading in fuel without an operator's licence.
The garage which was being represented by one of its directors Tigere Chigerede was taken to harare magistrate court. This was after officuials from the Zimbabwe Energy Regulatory Authority visited the service station and discovered that they were operating without a licence.
The company denied the charge before Elijah Makomo. The illegal operations were discovered on March 21 by Zera official Delight Dabengwa.
The matter will continue on June 23.
