Man accuses a caretaker of wanting to axe him over land

A Harare man has dragged his caretaker to court claiming that he threatened to kill him over land misunderstandings.
Erick Chikwepa alleged that Harrick Julius threaten threatened to attack him with an axe if he continued to bother him over a piece of land. Erick sought for a peace order.
He said he was really afraid because he wanted his stand but following the threats he can no longer talk about it.
The magistrate Gamuchirai Siwardi granted the peace order in his favour.
