Man sentenced to community service for sleeping with a minor

VAGINAL pains have assisted the long arm of the law to bring to book a man who has been abusing a grade six pupil.

The man identified as Sindile Dube is alleged to have been in an "unholy" union with the minor (name withheld) and the devilish deed was unearthed after the girl's family discovered she had vaginal pains.

B-Metro has gathered that the man had been engaging with the minor (12) for a while and he evaded the law because of the young girl's parents are diasporans and left the girl under the guardianship of her blind grandmother.

After a series of sexual sojourns, the minor is said to have fallen sick. She was failing to walk and her relatives came to the rescue and took her to the clinic where it was revealed she had vaginal pains.

The nurses could not treat her as there had been forced penetration and the girl is a minor. A police report had to be made before she could be treated.

A docket was opened at Entumbane Police Station unfortunately for Dube this was when his henious act was discovered. He was arrested and charged for having sex with a minor. He appeared at Western Commonage magistrate court and was sentenced to six months imprisonment which was suspended in condition he carried out 210 hours of community service at Entumbane Police Station.
