Anti-Riot police raid Zapu offices

Anti-riot police have raided the Zapu offices in Bulawayo over unspecified issues.
The offices have been earlier on scheduled as a venue for the national Electoral Reform Agenda's press conference following the resolve to postpone the demonstrations which were expected to be held today.
The Bulawayo demonstrations were postponed in line with the ban of the demonstrations in Harare as the parties had wanted the demonstrations to be held all over on the same day.
Government banned the protests in Harare for two weeks as from today to 16 September.
Zapu official said the anti riot police raided the offices at around 11 am when the press conference was expected to start at 12n noon.
"we have been invaded by the anti riot police, they have told us to leave the office so we have left," said a Zapu official in a whatsapp message.
