WATCH: Man fights BCC cops trying to clamp his car

Mobile phone footage shows a Bulawayo man fighting off two BCC cops who were trying to clamp his BMW car.
The man refuses to pay the city council arguing that he had already paid $20 ZINARA fine.
At one point he grabs the clamp from one cop and throws it away. The motorist tells the city council cops that if it wasn't for the two ZRP police officers accompanying them he would have beaten them up.
